Our Homeowners Association has a board consisting of five members: The Lake Forest Board of Directors from left to right: Jim Russello, Jane Falgia, Jack Minenna, Maria Wells and Frank Gionfriddo.

From the Director: Frank Gionfriddo..........

My wife and I had our house in Lake Forest built in 2003. We were part time residents until 2006 when we left New Jersey and moved here permanently.

I had outstanding success in management of corporate financial operations with years of progressively responsible experience in Controllership to Chief Financial Officer and General Manage/Administration.

After I settled in I became a member of the Finance Committee because my interest was maintaining the integrity of our Homeowners Association. Now as Board member, I will still strive to maintain that goal.
