CITIZENS OBSERVATION PATROL (C.O.P.)The C.O.P. is a group of volunteers that patrol designated areas. The patrol volunteers observe and report suspicious activity, people, or objects. Check vacation or seasonal un-occupied homes, make contact with elderly or infirm individuals to ensure their well-being, and perform other related functions as my be delegated by the Sheriff for the community.
